Communications and Website

 The HMS PTO utilizes many ways to inform our HMS community regarding upcoming events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities.  It is our goal for this site to be an invaluable tool our families can use to stay up-to-date on everything going on at HMS, so please feel free to visit often. Our Facebook page is also a great communication tool.  We post important news and reminders on school events to this page on a regular basis, so be sure to "LIKE" us.

Community Partners

The HMS PTO partners with local business that give back to our school.

Concessions

The HMS PTO manages the concessions for various events at HMS.  Events include football, volleyball, wrestling and basketball games, Hoop n Holler and PBIS reward days to name a few.

Corporate Sponsors

The HMS PTO offers local businesses the ability to be support our school by becoming a corporate sponsor.  The logos of these businesses will be displayed in numerous places around our school campus.  If you would like to become a sponsor please contact info@heritagemiddlepto.org

Dances at HMS

The HMS PTO hosts three dances in the school year.  A Glow Party in September, Dance through the Decades in November, and the 8th Grade Formal in April.  These are great events for the students and we could always use lots of help for them.  

Hospitality & teacher Appreciation

The HMS PTO provides the faculty and staff with luncheons and special treats each month.  We also provide a birthday snack and/or special treat for each of the faculty and staff's birthday. The PTO enjoys supporting our faculty and staff in this way, as it is a way to communicate to them just how important each of them is to us.

Heritage Athletics

The HMS PTO facilitates communications between the Heritage athletics directors, coaches, and parents in order to provide support for concessions and sport's banquets.

Lost & Found

The HMS PTO coordinates the organization and donation non-electronic lost and found items on a quarterly basis.  These lost and found items are located on the stage in the cafeteria.

Office Volunteers

The HMS PTO provides the support to the front office during the morning hours.

PTO Membership/INVEST

The HMS PTO offers membership to each of our student's families, as well as our staff and faculty.  This invest program is the main fundraiser for our PTO and is the key to making all of our programs and events successful.

School Beautification

The HMS PTO coordinates all grounds beautification for our school.  The county provides regular mowing services, but the PTO supports all of the landscaping needs.

Spirit Wear

The HMS PTO offers a variety of school spirit wear to be purchased by our students, their families, and our staff and facility.  This spirit wear enhances our school spirit, while supporting a local business.
